Crickets real estate career began in 1998 as a
California real estate licensee, and then in 1999 she earned her Nevada real
estate license and holds the ABR and GRI Designations. She is a REBAC National
ABR instructor, a WCR National Instructor, has completed the Instructor Training
Institute (ITI) program and has received REALTOR of the month from GLVAR
(Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS)
Cricket is a Major with the United States Air Force Auxiliary (Civil Air Patrol), is a Moral
Leadership Officer and is also a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) in Las Vegas. She has taught classes to the Deaf, Adults, Children,
Firefighters, Real Estate agents, Search And Rescue personnel and is currently a
company trainer at Century 21 Aadvantage Gold.
Cricket is the co-author of many real estate classes approved by the Nevada
Real Estate Division. Education is key in helping to increase business
potential as well as limit exposure to the increasing potential of fines and
sanctions, which can affect your pocketbook.
JC Arens is a Vietnam Veteran and entered the Real Estate Industry in 1988, owning his own real estate company in California where he still maintains his brokers license, he moved to Las Vegas in 1998.
JC has written many real estate courses, is a company trainer at Century 21 Aadvantage Gold and holds the ABR and GRI designations. JC has been active on many committees including past chairman of GLVAR Equal Housing & Cultural Diversity Committee, is a past State Director at NVAR (Nevada Association of REALTORS), and GLVAR respectively.
JC is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force Auxiliary (Civil Air Patrol), has been a licensed pilot since the 1960's and is active in the aviation community as an Aviation Safety Counselor - (FAASTeam Leader) He receiving the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) 2005 Aviation Safety Counselor award of the year from the Las Vegas Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) for his presentations of "Wings" safety seminars along with many other activities to both the general aviation community and USAF Auxiliary.
