This class is designed to help an agent plan for, and work with, a seller in a systematic format. Sellers have specific needs in a real estate transaction as it relates to the sale of real property from the initial contact, the market analysis, the listing process, the documents and forms they may use, through the close of the transaction.

This course gives hands on experience in the completion of financial information a buyer/seller typically needs to make decisions in the real estate transaction process. This class discusses FHA, VA, Conventional and Cash transactions including a review of many of the specific costs associated with these types of transactions.

Buyers and Sellers of the 1-4 unit residential real estate property, used for an investment, are seeking professionals to assist them in the complexities of this type of transaction. This course will assist the agent with hands on experience in completing a property operating data sheet. It will further assist the agent in guiding a buyer or seller to understand the costs and potential income, or loss that may be associated with this type of purchase.

This course gives the attendee tools to compute a yearly business plan, including time management. The attendee will leave with a basic business plan and know the difference between immediate, short term and long term goals. This course will provide the attendee with knowledge of important information needed to complete a basic contract. Common contracts included are; a residential purchase agreement, a listing agreement, a counter offer, a buyer brokerage agreement and addendum's. We will discuss common mistakes and ways to possibly avoid them.

This class will help the student be better able to describe visual and hidden disabilities, to know who is and not protected, what the law says about providing equal access to services. The student will know what constitutes a service animal and what rights a disabled person has with them, when compliance is required, where services may be available, who pays for the services, some non-compliance ramifications and benefits of embracing the laws.

The goal of this curriculum is to enable the participant to perform the basic skills and functions involved in the practice of real estate in a professional manner, in accordance with license law, and in a manner that protects the consumer. It is the policy of Arens And Arens Inc to offer refunds on continuing education and post licensing classes in Nevada as follows: If the class offered is local and there is no cost to us, this policy applies. If the cancellation is received 48 hours in advance of the class a full refund is provided. If the cancellation is received less than 48 hours in advance of the class but prior to the class a 50% refund will be provided. If the cancellation is received after the class has started, no refund will be provided. All cancellations must be provided in writing via fax or e-mail and must be received by us within the aforementioned times. If reservations for travel, lodging, rooms, halls, and/or air transportation have been made for the presentation of a class, and cancellation results in charges to us, then the cost of these fees will be deducted prior to any refunds. All classes are subject to change.
